North Shore Flats offers modern one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. All of our two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.

Our community is designed to support how you move through your day, with spaces that balance productivity, connection, and downtime. Start with a workout in the fitness center or a quick coffee before settling into the conference room, then unwind across multiple outdoor areas, from the rooftop terrace with firepits and river views to the courtyard and second-floor terrace with grilling spaces. Practical details like garage parking, package handling, EV charging, bike storage, and a pet spa simplify daily living. Inside your apartment, wood-style plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer create an easy routine, while features like private balconies and walk-in closets in select homes add extra room to relax and settle in.

Applicants may qualify by using one of the following options:
Self-Qualification
Applicants must have income equal to three times the monthly base rent. Proof of income is required, and applicants must pass credit, background, rental history, and income screening.Security Deposit
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and must be paid at the time of move-in.Guarantor
A guarantor is another person who is financially responsible for the lease. Some other communities may call this a cosigner. Proof of income is required, and all guarantors must pass credit, background, rental history, and income screening.Institutional Cosigner
Applicants have the option to apply with our third-party cosigning partner, Leap. Leap charges a one-time fee to cosign for the term identified on the lease. -
Trash services, recycling, and pest control are included in the rent, with trash chutes located on each floor. Water and sewer are not included and are billed monthly through the resident portal based on usage. Electricity is paid to Duquesne Light. For cable and internet, residents can choose from Verizon Fios and Xfinity Comcast.

We offer 6-month to 15-month lease terms. More options are offered at renewal. Please contact the leasing office with any questions regarding lease options.

North Shore Flats is pet-friendly with weight and breed restrictions. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Tours can be scheduled by contacting the leasing office by phone or booking directly through our website. Walk-in tours are also welcome!

Yes! Our on-site maintenance team is available 24/7 to assist with repair requests and apartment concerns based on the level of priority.

For urgent maintenance emergencies, please contact the office during business hours or follow the after-hours call prompt. Emergency requests may also be submitted through the resident portal by selecting emergency priority. For life-threatening emergencies, please contact 911.

Rent is due on the first of each month and is paid through the resident portal.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in our renter's insurance program but may provide proof of their own coverage to meet this requirement.

Subletting and lease takeovers are not permitted. Residents who need to vacate early must pay back concessions and pay a Lease Termination Fee equal to two months of rent.

Yes. Unit transfers are available for an additional transfer fee. Please contact the leasing office to discuss available options.

Each unit has a designated mailbox, and residents have access to a package room.

Yes! We partner with our Champions Garage to offer residents two types of parking: general and reserved for a monthly fee.

The Champions Garage is open to the public most days. However, during major events (concerts, important sporting events, etc.), parking may be restricted to leaseholders only.

Yes. Rent is prorated by the day, both at move-in and move-out.
